the overseas feed (pet food) manufacturers shall comply with the relevant requirements of laws, regulations and standards of the exporting countries or regions, and in accordance with equivalent requirements of chinese related laws, regulations and standards. after passing the review by the feed competent department in the exporting countries or regions, the feed competent department assists to submit the application documents to gacc by the recommendation of the exporting country embassy in china.
